Introducing our versatile Breezeway Horse Barn Kit, featuring three roof styles to elevate your equine sanctuary: the classic Gable Roof, spacious Monitor Roof, or elegant Raised Gable Roof, each offering optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal. Our standard size boasts a generous 12-foot Breezeway Center Isle, allowing for easy movement and ventilation. Customization is key, with adjustable length and bay options to meet your specific needs. Each bay offers versatile options, including Tack Rooms, Wash Bays, and Open Bays for storage. Crafted with our state-of-the-art all-steel design and knotty pine walls, our barns blend durability with beauty. Further customize with powder coating options for the frame and Breezeway doors, as well as stain packages to complement your property's aesthetic. Designed for easy assembly by DIY enthusiasts or contractors, with shipping available nationwide.

Adjustable Floor Plan

  • Adjust your breezeway width from 12'- 16'

  • Custom breezeway widths available

Roof Structure Type

  • Straight gable (metal runs from peak to eave with no change in elevation)

  • Raised gable (metal drops 6” over the stall fronts and has additional facia)

  • Monitor gable (metal drops 24” over the stall fronts and has options for windows) 

Foundation Options

  • Footings every 12’ where the panels join, has a post anchor to support structure

  • Ribbon foot around perimeter w/ concrete slab in breezeway or under lean to

  • Concrete slab in stalls and under entire structure 

Ventilation

  • Mare motel designs ( 1 5/8” round tube instead of lumber) 

  • Hybrid (bottom half of panel has lumber and top half has 1 5/8” round tube)

  • Enclosed barn (lumber casing the entire building for cold climates 

Stain Packages

  • Choose from numerous colors of stain to maximize your barns appearance

  • UV protection stain is available with a slight upcharge 

Powder Coat

  • Choose from numerous colors of powder coat

  • Adds to the protection of your structure from manure and urine
